Masha Word Yeppo Village farm is owned by former Olympic champion and world record holding long distance runner, Haile Gebrselassia and has been producing coffee since 2014. They have great intentionality in their farming as shown by the quality of their product and their status as certified organic and certified under the Rainforest Alliance. The farm is broken into divisions that produce different products; including coffee, spices, and honey.
The Masha farm is situated in an area making it idyllic for coffee farming. It has nutrient-rich soil types, great air quality, and among the highest yearly rainfalls in Ethiopia. This coffee has the characteristics typically admired about a natural processed coffee from Ethiopia. You can expect a lot of light fruit with a smooth chocolate finish.
