This coffee is a collaborative blend from 6 family farms in the Tarrazu region. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, single family farms struggled to sell their coffee. Ally Coffee Importers brought this blend of six farms together in an effort to help single family farms come together to sell more coffee.
All of the coffees in this blend are honey processed, meaning some of the mucilage is left on the coffee after depulping and then left to dry on raised beds. The coffee is depulped using an eco-puller, which helps the farmers reduce the amount of water used and wasted in depulping.
We taste blood orange, candied pecans, and caramel.
