in natural processing. Here, carefully selected ripe cherries from farms
situated at an impressive altitude of 2,300 masl are dried on raised beds
for 12 to 15 days. By skillfully managing the drying process to prevent
overfermentation, Buku Sayisa's producers create elegant cup profiles.
This G1 coffee showcases delightful flavor notes of blueberry,
honeydew, and jasmine honeysuckle, resulting in a
beautifully sweet and sugary taste.
