Greeting Spring, we bring you an expiremental and carefully hand picked coffee grown by Johan Vergara from Las Flores in Huila, Colombia. This lot was exposed to an anaerobic fermentation for 40 hours whilst dried mint leaves were added. Afterwards, the cherries were pulped, gently washed, and sun-dried until the ideal moisture content was achieved. This expiremental microlot is 100% yellow bourbon which is a natural mutation of a cross between yellow typica and bourbon varietals.
